We have opted for independence: all our developments are proprietary and our infrastructures are French. We have a team of highly specialised senior engineers.

Founders

Jean-Marc Dufour

CEO

A director of IT companies, Jean-Marc is a specialist in the dematerialisation of international trade and customs procedures. He was Chairman of ASEAL (Asia Europe Alliance for Paperless Trade) and Chairman of EDIFRANCE. He is also an expert for the World Bank and the French Ministry of Economy (DGE). He holds a postgraduate degree in computer science from Paris VI Jussieu University.

Olivier Charbonneau

Co-founder

A chartered accountant specializing in mergers and acquisitions and company valuations, Olivier has held various positions in the banking sector and in accounting firms. He completed his training in finance at IPAG with a post-graduate degree in geography at the Institut d’études latino-américaines de l’Université de PARIS. Olivier is a certified Scrum Master and Project Management Professional (PMP-PMI).
