GAINDE 2000, operator of Senegal’s Single Window for Foreign Trade, will market the e.trustexport platform!

A contract for the marketing of the e.trustexport platform has just been signed with the Senegalese EIG Gainde 2000, designer and operator of ORBUS, the Single Window for customs pre-clearance in Senegal.

This contract is an extension of the partnership that began in early 2023 with the state-owned company. At the end of a pilot phase carried out with a sample of companies using ORBUS, the e.trustexport service will be marketed as a Gainde 2000 white label. Initially, commercialization is planned in Senegal, but may be extended to other African countries.

The service secures the chain of transmission of documents required for pre-clearance through customs in the Single Window, by making their sources more reliable.

It also provides companies (importers, their suppliers and service providers) with a single channel to share documents and data and, thanks to more than two hundred features, manage the workflow of the document bundle.

Finally, by maximizing integration with information systems upstream (on the exporter/importer side) and downstream (on the Single Window side), e.trustexport eliminates costly re-entries and limits the risk of error.

The service is based on a proprietary cloud platform, not subject to the regulation of a third country. In particular, it integrates electronic signatures in the cloud, electronic archiving with probative value and QR codes for document identification.
