Within the e.trustexport digital corridor, the sender is informed upon receipt of the goods of any loss, theft, destruction, missing, inspection. Thus, the sender can react in real time to any incident.
As soon as the International Transit File (ITF) is created, the quality feed-back form is automatically generated. Upon delivery, the recipient of the goods needs only a few seconds to fill it.
